For those who love the Celtic punk band Flogging Molly, you’re in luck – they will be performing at The State Theatre this Saturday at 8 p.m.
The band is celebrating its 10th anniversary and will be performing music from several albums.
Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door – hurry up, it could sell out!

This event benefits the Rotary Youth Foreign Exchange Program!
You don’t need to be a resident of Falmouth to participate, so join a good cause and clear out your basement!

Come celebrate the joy of riding on a train during the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Company & Museum’s weekend-long event on May 12-13!
The weekend will feature demonstrations from railroad personnel on hand and whistle signals, coupling the train, and throwing switches! You’ll learn about the duties and roles that go along with working on a train.
You can go to the Engine House to see the restored Monson Steam Locomotive #4 in action, and take a ride on the Fairmont Car or Pump Car as well.
This event will offer treats and fun for the whole family, so don’t miss out!

Portland, Maine just got a little more praise - Chicago Tribune travel writer Josh Noel recently documented his trip to the best city in the U.S. and was left with quite the impression.
According to Josh, “Its most endearing feature is a cozy, Old World charm.”
