According to Kenny Chesney’s website and the Cumberland County Civic Center, Kenny Chesney will be performing in Portland, Maine on Thursday, April 7, 2011.

Chesney has played the Civic Center before in 2002 and 2004, though he normally opts for much larger venues due to the size of his show and his audience, selling out many stadiums around the country.

We know Chesney is a fan of Maine, having been in Port Clyde to film portions of a music video this past fall. I am sure Kenny Chesney will receive a very warm welcome here in Portland.
