iLovePortlandMaine.com recently sat down with Lindsay Mattingly of Impulse Motions, a fitness trainer and stay at home mom in Scarborough, Maine, and learned more about her Boot Camp sessions which have been the talk of the Greater Portland area thanks to some great results from past participants.
Impulse Motions Boot Camp, which has partnered with Port Sports Maine to help folks who wish to lose unwanted pounds, gain muscle tone, increase performance, and improve their quality of life.
Beginner and Intermediate Boot Camps are offered to meet your needs, whether you’re just jump starting a program, a fitness buff, or have a busy life schedule. The Boot Camps are a four week co-ed indoor/outdoor workout program (indoor likely now with the frigid weather) packed with fun, up beat exercises geared to help you accomplish your goals, receive professional fitness instruction, pre- and post evaluations to monitor progress, and FREE nutritional counseling.
Whether you would like to reverse the scale, familiarize yourself with exercises, or just get healthy for you and your family, then these classes are for you! With classes typically holding 10 participants, Lindsay is able to work with everyone to ensure a personal approach and so that no one is left behind. On average, Lindsay explained her students lost an average of 5 pounds and a total of 6-10 inches over their entire body, and roughly 2 inches from their waist lines over the four-week Boot Camp.
