Portland receives the Best Overall in the East honor, as Outside Magazine referenced the diverse economy in our wonderful city, the low cost of living, and the “small town charm with bigger city opportunities”. Yet another fine honor and to share all that is great about Portland and the surrounding area with the rest of the world.
