Posted By According to PortlandFoodMap.com, Walter’s restaurant reopened this evening in Portland Square and the owners have plans to open a bar Gingko Blue at the location near the corner of Union and Fore Streets. A review of the documents notes the owners intend to “serve tapas (small plates) to customers in a comfortable atmosphere geared towards middle aged and professional sectors with occasional acoustic blues or jazz“.
